Recommended To Record Unboxing

Here at Hayce Shop, we highly recommend that our customers record a video during the unboxing process. This will help us quickly identify any issues, should they arise, and provide appropriate solutions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days from time of receiving the order. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Reasons other than damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted for consideration by Hayce Shop.


Process for Returns and Refunds

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at hayce.shop@gmail.com or +60198750315 to inform us of the issue. Include your order number and reason for return with video attached.
  2. Inspection: Upon receiving the request, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or we will reach out to discuss further with you in person.
  3. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • Proof of purchase, receipt or order confirmation and video recording of unboxing is required as proof.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Buyer details must be the same as stated in proof of purchase, resold products will not be entertained.
  • Reasons other than damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted for consideration by Hayce Shop.
